Job Summary: The Residential Salesperson is the driving force behind securing opportunities for our interstate and local household moving and storage services. Additionally, this role involves cultivating leads, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery, all while delivering success for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, pursue, and manage sales efforts
• Coordinate moves with Operations, ensuring equipment and personnel availability for clients' desired dates
• Develop and pursue sales leads, upselling applicable services and quoting within authorized parameters
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers
• Actively seek out opportunities to expand Mesa's service offerings, revenue streams, and referral networks

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry related experience
• 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, with additional experience in estimating and quoting services preferred
• Willingness to estimate and sell both in-person and remotely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues professionally
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry networks
