**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Movers & Helpers to assist with the relocation of household or commercial goods. The primary responsibilities include loading and unloading items, packing boxes, assembling/disassembling furniture, and ensuring the safe transportation of belongings.

**Qualifications:**
- No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in moving or general labor is beneficial but not required

**Responsibilities:**
- Lift and carry heavy items, such as furniture and boxes, safely and efficiently
- Pack and unpack items in an organized manner
- Load and unload belongings from trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of furniture as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth moving process
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and damage to items

**Work Environment:**
Movers & Helpers will work in various locations, such as residential homes, office buildings, or storage facilities. They may be exposed to different weather conditions and must be able to adapt to various physical demands throughout the day. A typical workday may involve long periods of standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Stamina to perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Flexibility to work in different environments and weather conditions

**Note:** This position may involve working on weekends or evenings based on the needs of our clients.
