Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers & Helpers. As a Mover & Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient movement of furniture and other belongings for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and excellent teamwork skills.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license may be required, depending on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture and other items onto and off of trucks or vans.
- Safely packing and securing items to prevent damage during transportation.
- Assembling and disassembling furniture as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and organized moves.
- Following safety protocols and handling equipment with care.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- May be required to drive company vehicles and transport items to the designated location.
