Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Movers & Helpers. As a Mover & Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the packing, loading, and unloading of furniture and other items. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient moving process for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture and other items onto moving trucks.
- Carefully pack and wrap furniture, fragile items, and household goods to prevent damage during transportation.
- Safely navigate staircases, hallways, and other obstacles while carrying heavy items.
- Use dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to transport items safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth moving experience.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the move.

Qualifications:
- Highly physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure items are packed and handled with care.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allotted timeframes.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in moving and transporting furniture is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
