Job Summary: The packers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient packing of items for relocation and are responsible for preparing household or commercial goods for transport, including wrapping, boxing, and labeling items. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare items for shipment by carefully packing them according to established procedures and guidelines
• Organize and maintain packing materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily packing and shipping deadlines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including packing stations and storage areas
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding packing, shipping, and quality control

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent industry related experience
• Prior experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Able to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
• Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead
