Project Manager - Interior Design

Job Summary: Mesa is expanding our Design and Hospitality project management services and we are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager. The Project Manager - Design will be responsible for coordinating project team members, communicating with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure an excellent experience for clients by following defined processes and leveraging technology, forms, service providers, and logistics expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage design projects from implementation through installation and delivery
  • Monitor project expected budget related to scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent industry experience
  • Prior experience in project management, specifically in design-related projects
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement and inventory management
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Prior Supply Chain and Logistics experience preferred, but not required
