**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Movers & Helpers to assist with the relocation of individuals and businesses. The primary responsibilities include loading and unloading items, packing goods, and ensuring the safe transportation of belongings.

**Qualifications:**
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy items and perform manual labor
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in moving or a related field is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture, boxes, and other items
- Pack belongings securely to prevent damage during transportation
- Drive the moving truck to various locations as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all items are accounted for

**Additional Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license (if required for driving the moving truck)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
