**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Movers & Helpers to assist with the relocation of household or commercial goods. The ideal candidates will be physically fit, dependable, and able to lift heavy items safely.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in moving or a related field is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license is preferred

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture and boxes from trucks
- Safely secure items in transport to prevent damage
- Follow instructions from the lead mover or supervisor
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
- Stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
