Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers & Helpers. As a Mover & Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient movement of furniture and other belongings for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and excellent teamwork skills. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient moving process for our clients.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly.
- Great communication and customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions effectively
- Valid driver's license is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture and other items onto and off moving trucks
- Carefully pack and wrap furniture, fragile items, and household goods to prevent damage during transportation
- Assembling and disassembling furniture as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and organized moves.
- Following safety protocols and handling equipment with care.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the move May be required to drive company vehicles and transport items to the designated location.
